mal-2.jpgMalpractice is “unethical, negligent, or immoral behavior by somebody in a professional or official position, resulting in a failure to fulfill the duties or responsibilities associated with that position.” 

There are many things the Bible says “ought” to be done that go undone in Christian congregations.

Can you think of any that might rise to the level of being called “malpractice” (perhaps “nonpractice” is more accurate)? 

Beyond that, who is responsible for correcting these omissions of conduct? The pastor(s)? Deacons/Elders? Congregations/members?
